  • Tuscana Resort is a self-catering resort. What does this mean?
    Self-catering means there is no daily housekeeping. The condo is cleaned before the guest arrives and then after the guest’s departure. The condo is equipped with a starting kit which consists of toiletries, toilet paper, and dishwashing liquid for the first day. After the starter kit runs out, each guest is responsible for purchasing all other supplies they will be using during their stay.
  • Why do I need a security deposit and what options do I have?

    At check in, the resort requires a security deposit from all guests. Our condos are privately owned and as a management company, the resort collects the security deposit to protect the contents of each unit for the owners. All of our guests have two options for the security deposit:
    • The guest can choose a $300 authorization on a major credit card that is released after check-out, if there are no damages to the unit.
    • Or our guest can purchase a one time, non refundable $39 property protection plan that will cover up to $1500 of incidental damages.
    The authorization can only be done with a major credit card and it is not an actual charge but a hold placed on your credit limit. A debit card, will take up to 30 days to release the authorization.

  • What is the housekeeping fee and when does it apply?
    The cleaning fee applies to all reservations regardless of the length of stay. The one-time fee of $60.00 plus tax will be charged for 1- & 2-bedroom condominium suites and $70.00 plus tax for 3-bedroom condominium suites. Check your confirmation letter for more details.
  • Where can I buy extra supplies like paper towel, groceries, etc?
    There is a Publix super market and a Walgreens pharmacy within half a mile from the resort for all the supplies you may need.
  • What time is check-in and check-out? Can I check in early? How late can I check-out?
    Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. If your assigned condo is ready prior to 4pm we can check you in after 2pm, but we cannot guarantee early check-ins prior to 4pm. If you would like to request a late check-out, you must contact the front desk to check for availability. A late check-out fee of $50 plus tax will incur.
  • I will be arriving after 11pm, how do I check in?
    Our front desk is open until 11pm. If you arrive after that time, please proceed to the security gate and our security guard will have your key for you. Please stop by the front desk the next morning to complete your official check-in and to have your key authorized for your entire stay.
  • Can I get attractions tickets at the resort?
    We offer concierge services in our lobby at Tuscana Resort offering great prices on attraction tickets, dinner shows, dining reservations and more.
  • What is included in our condo?

    All the condos are fully equipped with linens, towels and pillows for up to 4 guests in the 1 bedroom, up to 6 guests in the 2 bedroom, and up to 8 guests in the 3 bedroom.The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and cooking utensils to prepare a full meal. The kitchen is also equipped with flatware and glasses for up to 4 guests in the 1 bedroom, up to 6 guests in the 2 bedroom, and up to 8 guests in the 3 bedroom.

  • What types of beds are in each condo?
    • Our 1 bedroom condo has one queen bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The 1 bedroom sleeps up to 4 guests.
    • Our 2 bedroom condo has one queen size bed in the master bedroom, one queen size bed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The 2 bedroom sleeps up to 6 guests.
    • Our 3 bedroom condo has one queen size bed in the master bedroom, one queen size bed in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The 3 bedroom sleeps up to 8 guest
    All condos in the resort have the same bedding arrangements.

  • Are there any extra fees while I stay at Tuscana?
    A daily amenity fee of $19.00 per night plus tax will be charged.
    The amenity fee includes the following:

    – Blu-Ray/DVD Player and Playstation 3 console

    – Unlimited DVD movies rentals

    – Parking

    – WiFi access throughout the property

    – Business center

    – Coffee and tea starter kit

    – Use of fitness center

  • Is there Internet access in the resort?
    All condos have WiFi internet access, included with the daily Amenity Fee. We also offer WiFi internet access in the pool area, and guests can access the internet at our computer kiosk open daily at the club house.
  • What is the smoking policy of the resort?
    All of our rooms are non-smoking. Guests are allowed to smoke in the public outdoors areas and in the screened-in patios in the condos. Guests that smoke in the condos are charged a smoking fee to cover special cleaning.
  • How old is the resort?
    Tuscana Resort was built in 2007. All buildings and the club house were completed at the time the resort opened in 2007.
  • What are the pool hours at Tuscana?
    The regular pool hours are 8am-10pm every day. Our pool is seasonally heated. The pool is open all year round. Please keep in mind, if the outside temperature drops below 55F the pool temperature will drop.
  • Is Tuscana Resort Pet friendly?
    We welcome pets at Tuscana Resort. There is a maximum of two pets per unit and the weight limit is 25 lbs. There is a one time, non-refundable $250 pet fee due at check-in.
  • What if I need a crib?
    We offer pack and plays for rent at a nightly cost of $5 plus tax. Please contact the resort to book your crib prior to arrival.
  • What is the best time to visit the resort?
    It’s always a good time! The fall (Mid Aug- Mid Dec) is the best time to visit. After this the weather is cooling down and the number of guests in the parks decreases. This is also the perfect time to find the best deals. Check our Tuscana Specials page for the latest deals and offers.
  • Is there an ATM on property?
    There is an ATM machine in the lobby for your convenience.
  • Are there safes in the condos?
    All condominium suites have a safe which is included in the daily amenity fee.
  • How do I get there?

  • May I have packages mailed to Tuscana?
    Tuscana front office staff can receive up to 2 small packages per reservation (less than 5 pounds each), which will be held at the resort for guest arrival. Packages must be under the lead name on the reservation, and an ID is required to claim it. Packages should be not received more than 2 days before guest arrival date. Each additional package and packages over 5 pounds will be charged $5.00 + tax to the guest bill at check-in.
